Meeting Instructions

We meet at Dick's Sporting Goods in Pflugerville, Texas (130/45 toll area).

• Meet at 6:00 am for all AM Hunts (leave Dick's for field at 6:45 am).

• Meet at 3:00 pm for all PM Hunts (leave Dick's for field at 3:45 pm)

If you're running late or can't make meet time, just contact me and I'll arrange for another guide to meet you.

Please have the release waiver filled out, hunting license (hunter's safety if required) & cash payment (no checks).

To help expedite check in, I need group head to collect all paperwork & cash from group and then check in with me.
